A group of Sacramento women representing the Capital City have come together to honor the brave women and men who fought for the right to vote. Since Sacramento is the capital of California, the largest in the union with the 5th largest economy in the world, we want to celebrate the women and diversity of our region in grand fashion.

Tea with Alice and Me is a full length, one-woman performance that takes the audience to historical women’s tearooms such as Seneca, Selfridges, and The National Women’s Party. Through this performance, the audience is transported from 1775 to today on a militant, revolutionary, feminist call to action.

We Did It for You! Women’s Journey Through History is the story of how women got their rights in America. The story is told in re-enactment “by the women who were there”. It is an entertaining and quick tour through the journey starting with the struggle women had in the 17th century Puritan Revolution through to our 21st century empowered of women politicians. It has been performed across California for thousands of high school and college students and adults.
