Commemorating the centennial of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution affords an opportunity to honor the valiant Suffragists who fought to secure the rights of women to vote, while recognizing the larger struggle to achieve voting rights and equity for all. We encourage everyone to learn about the recognized and the overlooked legacies of the Suffrage Movement and how together we can protect voting rights today. Most importantly, inspire all people eligible to register and vote, because our lives depend on it!
